On-going Series, Drop-in Classes, Privates and Orientation

Laura begins a new group class series every two months and offers flexible drop-in scheduling as available (some restrictions apply) to meet your fitness goals when it best fits your week. Classes are grouped by common ability and level of development, or choose Laura’s private session for her completely customized approach to training with one-on-one fitness coaching.
Working out can give you endorphins to feel happier and healthier, as well as strength (mentally, physically, and emotionally) to give you that extra will power to get through the day with good choices made. Get back into your favorite outfits…or better yet…lose weight and go get some new outfits with confidence!.
