Healthy food and sensible choices is what it's all about.

In order to better serve my clients, I realized that one of the most important aspects of being healthy, is living a healthy lifestyle, and that exercise alone, isn’t what will cause this.

I have been overweight my whole life, and if I would have been taught, back then, what I know now, so many things would have been different. There are so many factors in total body health and wellness, and so many myths, and diets, and flushes, and in these series of classes, we will seed through them, and learn how to eat for your specific body and metabolic type.

Have you ever wondered why it is that you and your friends can go on the same exact diet, and one may lose 20 pds, one of you may have not gained/lost any, and another actually gained weight? The main reason for this is that each one of us have a specific nutrient requirement, a different list of foods that make us function better, feel energized, think clearer, and lose weight. Within this series, you will learn your metabolic type, you will learn how, when, and what to eat, for your body.

Classes include journaling what your food intake was, and most importantly, how you felt after the meal, as well as homework, shopping advice and learning why it is so important to eat organic.
