Personal Training
Personal training is about working your individual program with others in a class setting.
Personal Training classes and Privates are available for clients wishing to build a little more strength, and have a little fun!
Props like Physio balls, medicine balls, Thera-bands, elastic tubing, balance discs, free weights, club steppers, magic circles and much more, are used to keep the workout varying, while constantly applying stress to all major muscle groups.
Classes are 55 minutes, and include an additional 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, recumbent bike, spin bike, elliptical, or rebounder, before or after the session. Classes are available to any level client, and are challenging and fun. Private Sessions are also available.
Add a day of Personal Training to your Pilates or Nutrition program and get a well balanced body, mind and soul.
Boot Camp

Laura’s outdoor boot camp series combines personal training techniques along a scenic course through Northern Marin’s open space district.
Enjoy Mother Nature while you tone-up, cardio-up and feel great with Laura in her high-powered boot camp series.
Each week, she presents a new focus on nutrition, lifestyle and optimal fitness development for your body type.
Series registration includes a free metabolic typing test to determine what foods your body needs to function at its best!
