Class Policies

• - Series classes are pre-paid to guarantee your time slot
• - Series run 8 - 9 weeks in duration & around most major holidays
• - Privates and Duets available in pre-paid packages
• - Class times may vary by season
• - 2 make-up sessions allowed per series with 24-hour notice
• - Bring yourself & 3 friends - start your own class - & get 20% off the first series
• - Physician Referral is REQUIRED if health risks are involved
• - Gift Certificates available!

Cancellations: You will never be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. All package sales are transferable and non-refundable.

Please try to be on time, or a few minutes early to class. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to start with cardio, as to not disrupt the class, and ensure a proper warm-up. It is also suggested to arrive a few minutes early to check your equipment and get settled so we can all start on time. This is for your benefit and the flow of the class.
