Workout Clothing

Wear comfortable workout clothing. Form fitting clothing is recommended, but not required. The use of clean socks is required during the workout. Please, to preserve the apparatus, and to make everyone as comfortable as possible, avoid the use of body lotion, perfume, belts, clothing with zippers and excessive jewelry.
