Laura Molina is a Method Pilates certified Pilates instructor, and ACE certified Personal Trainer. She is currently studying under one of the best known and highly regarded Pilates practitioners in Northern California. Laura focuses on the original principals, technique and mythology of Joseph Pilates. She integrates Pilates, weight training, balance and flexibility into her personal training sessions.
Laura began Personal Training and Pilates after losing over 100 pounds. She accredits it all to exercise, Pilates and eating well! She has always had a desire for athletics and competition. Her greatest personal accomplishments include completion of the SF to LA AIDS 585 mile bike ride, numerous charity bike and run events, Club and College volleyball, mountain biking and hiking! Exercise will always be a part of her and her daughter's lives!
